The work,
and what it solved.

Every project below is a real build. What you will not find here is a wall of round-numbered percentage lifts, because we do not publish figures we cannot attribute and verify.

A note on numbers

Most agency results pages are decorated with statistics nobody can trace: a 340 percent traffic lift, a 5x return, a conversion rate that doubled. Almost none of it is auditable, and a lot of it is invented.

We would rather show you the problem, the work, and a live URL you can open and judge yourself. Where a client has shared measured outcomes and approved us to publish them, they will appear here with their name attached and not a moment before.

Reclamation Lumber website
01WordPress to Custom Rebuild2026

Reclamation Lumber

A New Haven mill with a 20,000 square foot showroom and decades of antique flooring, beams and barn board inventory, all buried inside a slow WordPress and Divi build. The product depth was invisible and no page pointed a buyer toward a quote.

What we delivered

  • Full custom React front-end rebuild, no page builder left in the stack
  • Product architecture rebuilt: products index, antique wood flooring landing page, and a detail page for every species
  • Beams and timbers, box beams, accent ceiling and wall board, mantels, counters and glue-ups, and Nicaraguan river wood each given their own page
  • Story pages for the salvage process, green design and the mill history rewritten as editorial content
  • Every page routed to a single quote request flow
Titan Sports Flooring website
02Custom Website Rebuild2026

Titan Sports Flooring

A top East Coast commercial sports flooring installer since 2002 with a web presence that read like a much smaller company. Facility managers and athletic directors could not see the breadth of the work, and nothing on the site was built to produce a quote request.

What we delivered

  • Full custom front-end rebuild, mobile-first, no page builder
  • Every flooring system broken out: rubber, turf, luxury vinyl, custom logos, acoustical
  • Streamlined quote request flow wired to a real inbox
  • Cookie consent and analytics installed correctly
Precision Logistics website
03Branding & Web Design2026

Precision Logistics

A global logistics operation running on a fragmented platform with no visual identity, and shipment dashboards that were hard to read for both internal teams and clients.

What we delivered

  • Complete brand identity built around precision and reliability
  • Logistics dashboards with legible data visualization
  • Unified design system across marketing site and application surface
Celestia website
04Luxury Yacht Charter2025

Celestia

The previous site did not convey the premium experience of the fleet, which matters more than usual when the buyer is high net worth and comparing on feel rather than spec.

What we delivered

  • Cinematic scroll-driven experience with full-bleed imagery
  • Booking flow restructured into a single intuitive journey
  • Restrained luxury palette: deep navy, gold, generous negative space
Pura Vida Green website
05Brand & Commerce2025

Pura Vida Green

Launching into a crowded sustainable lifestyle market where every competitor uses the same green-and-kraft visual language.

What we delivered

  • Original brand identity: logo, type system, botanical-led palette
  • Storytelling-forward site that educates while it sells
  • Commerce experience built into the narrative rather than bolted on
Lumière & Stone website
06Luxury Interior Design2025

Lumière & Stone

A high-end studio whose online presence undersold the caliber of the built work, while needing to serve two very different buyers: affluent homeowners and commercial developers.

What we delivered

  • Gallery-driven architecture with large-format imagery
  • Project pages structured as mini case studies rather than photo dumps
  • Photography direction so the source assets could carry the design
Russ Landau website
07Composer Portfolio2024

Russ Landau

Decades of film and television composition, including the Survivor soundtrack, with no single place to experience it. The hard part was letting people hear the work without making the site feel like a file browser.

What we delivered

  • Custom persistent audio player integrated across the whole site
  • Cinematic visual treatment matched to the catalog
  • Technical SEO foundation for a name people search directly
CK Millworks website
08Brand Identity & Web2024

CK Millworks

Exceptional craftsmanship, zero digital presence. No logo, no site, no way for a custom commission inquiry to reach them.

What we delivered

  • Brand identity from scratch, rooted in the material itself
  • Portfolio site with photography that holds up at full width
  • Custom commission inquiry path
Designs by Jennifer Owen website
09Branding & Web Design2024

Designs by Jennifer Owen

An award-winning Massachusetts interior designer needing a site that could carry very large imagery without becoming slow, which is the usual tradeoff on portfolio sites.

What we delivered

  • Minimalist gallery-first architecture
  • Aggressive image optimization so full-bleed photography stays fast
  • Technical SEO for regional design searches

Enterprise background

Before founding Forefront, Jeremy Maendel spent over a decade building lifecycle marketing and CRM systems inside large consumer companies, including Amazon and its portfolio brands Audible, Ring, and Blink, plus enterprise work for Verizon, American Express, and Alaska Airlines.

That is employment history, not a client list, and we are careful to state it that way. What it means practically is that the engineering standard on a small business build here is the same standard those programs were held to.
