Reclamation Lumber has been milling antique flooring, beams and barn board out of 1800s old-growth stock for decades. We rebuilt their WordPress and Divi site as a fast, fully custom React front end with a real product architecture and a quote flow built for how their buyers shop.
This is the real site, loaded live below. Scroll it, open the product pages, and check it on your phone.

The business runs a 20,000 square foot mill and showroom with an enormous range of material: antique wood flooring in seven species, beams and timbers, box beams, accent ceiling and wall board, mantels, counters and glue-ups, plus Nicaraguan river wood. All of that was crammed into a slow WordPress and Divi theme where the product depth was invisible. Buyers could not tell one species from another, the gallery was buried, and nothing on the site guided someone toward a quote.
We rebuilt the site from scratch as a custom React and Vite front end, then rebuilt the product layer properly: a products index, a landing page for antique wood flooring, and dedicated detail pages for every species underneath it. The story pages that carry the brand, the salvage process, green design, and the mill history, now read like an editorial piece instead of theme blocks. A light, warm palette lets the wood photography do the work, every page routes toward the quote form, and page weight dropped hard because there is no page builder left in the stack.
