01

The basics

Who we are and what we actually do.

Forefront Industries builds custom growth infrastructure for service businesses. That means custom-coded websites, enterprise-grade email and CRM systems on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze, AI automation, and ongoing website maintenance. The agency is based in Delray Beach, Florida, serves South Florida directly, and works with clients nationwide.

Delray Beach, Florida. The agency works throughout South Florida including Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Hollywood, Aventura, Miami, and Miami Beach, and takes clients nationwide.

Jeremy Maendel. Before founding the agency he spent over a decade building lifecycle marketing and CRM systems inside large consumer companies, including Amazon and its portfolio brands Audible, Ring, and Blink, plus enterprise work for Verizon, American Express, and Alaska Airlines. That is employment history rather than a client list, and it defines the engineering standard the agency operates at.

Primarily high-consideration service businesses: architecture and design firms, luxury home builders and contractors, luxury real estate and property developers, aesthetic and concierge medical practices, marine and yacht businesses, private clubs and hospitality, professional services including legal, financial, and accounting firms, manufacturers, and logistics companies.

How we build

Stack, standards, and the things we refuse to do.

Not for custom builds. Every site is designed and coded from scratch, typically as a React front end with semantic markup. A page builder puts a permanent ceiling on how fast and how well a site can perform. WordPress development is available when a client's internal team specifically requires that CMS, and in that case it is built properly with custom themes rather than assembled from a builder.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze at an engineering level, plus custom modular component systems for teams not on an enterprise platform. That includes AMPscript, SSJS, Journey Builder, Data Extension architecture, Liquid templating, and Canvas journey design. Most agencies know one platform. Forefront works across all of them.

Often, yes. The audit determines whether the current foundation can carry the outcome you need. Where it can, targeted work on performance, conversion paths, structure, and content is faster and cheaper than a rebuild. Where the platform itself is the constraint, that gets stated directly rather than billed around.

By qualified inquiries and business outcomes, not page count or raw traffic. Baselines are captured during the audit stage so improvement can be proven. Useful measures include form completion, phone and email actions, consultation bookings, lead source, qualified-lead rate, and sales acceptance. Impressions and AI referrals are diagnostic signals interpreted alongside lead quality.

Working together

Cost, timeline, ownership, and what happens after launch.

Every engagement is quoted after discovery, because the same deliverable name can describe two projects an order of magnitude apart in scope. Cost is driven by page and template count, whether content exists, integrations, migration complexity, compliance requirements, timeline, and post-launch support. Forefront returns a written fixed-price scope rather than an hourly estimate that moves.

It depends on scope, content readiness, and integration complexity. Timeline is agreed in writing during scoping along with dependencies and acceptance criteria. The most common cause of a delayed project is content that does not exist yet, which is why discovery addresses it up front.

Yes. Companies evaluating a redesign can request a free website audit covering technical performance, conversion paths, search visibility, and the gaps most likely to be costing qualified leads today.

Sites launch with monitoring, backups, documentation, and a rollback plan. Ongoing maintenance is available as a retained monthly engagement covering proactive updates, security patching, backups, performance monitoring, and a defined allocation of development time. An unmaintained website is a liability with a delay timer on it.

Yes. Forefront does not build on technology that locks a client out of their own asset. Clients receive their repository, content, and data, and can take it elsewhere. Any platform recommendation is made against the client's ability to maintain it after handoff.

Partnerships and AI visibility

White-label work, and how search is changing.

Yes. Forefront partners and white-labels with email marketing agencies on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze builds. That work runs on the same engineering standards as direct client work and can be contracted per project or per sprint.

Structuring a site's content and data so large language models and AI search products can accurately retrieve, understand, and cite the business. It shares fundamentals with SEO, including crawlable HTML, clear entity information, consistent business facts, and source-backed statements, but optimizes for extraction and citation rather than ranked links.

No. Files such as llms.txt and Markdown mirrors are discovery aids. They do not replace useful public pages, reputable third-party references, or technically sound SEO, and no file or schema property guarantees a search ranking or an AI recommendation. Forefront states this plainly rather than selling it as a shortcut.
